We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a fragrance is not to your liking, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer service team or use our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the unopened product in its original packaging and ensure it is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
